Raja Vikramarka Movie Review: A Predictable Narrative Starring Kartikeya and Tanya

Raja Vikramarka, the latest Telugu movie directed by Sri Saripalli and produced by '88' Ramareddy has been released on Friday 12 November. The 123telugu.com rating of the movie is 2.5/5. The movie cast includes Kartikeya Gummakonda, Tanya Ravichandran, Tanikella Bharani, Sai Kumar, Pasupathy, Sudhakar Komakula.

The story of the movie starts with Raja Vikramarka, the character played by Kartikeya an NIA agent performing duties under his boss played by Tanikella Bharani. Raja Vikramarka is seen following a secret mission because of which he had to introduce himself with a fake identity of being an agent from the insurance policy. The actor falls in love with the daughter of the Home Minister. The home minister in the film is Saikumar and his daughter is Kanthi, played by Tanya Ravichandran. Because of the romantic initiative and efforts of Raja, Kanthi started feeling for him.

An anti-social man named Guru Narayan played by Pasupathy enters into their love story as he suddenly wakes up after long 14 years and returns back to take revenge from the Home Minister. The movie shows the back story of revenge between the Home Minister and Guru Narayan, it also shows how Kanthi and Raja get involved in this story of revenge. Guru Narayan used Kanthi to take revenge on Home Minister but Raja madly in love with Kanthi saves her from the evil conspiracy. It ends up with Raja Vikramarka as an NIA agent saving Kanthi and her father's life from Guru Narayan.

The first half of the movie lacks seriousness and is the second half with the twist becomes a bit boring as the narrative is quite predictable with nothing new which makes the film less engaging. The cinematography of the film by P.C. Mouli and the music by Prashanth R. Vihari plays a major role in keeping the audience engaged.
