Britain's Prince Charles comes out of self isolation after testing positive for coronavirus

Britain's Prince Charles has come out of self isolation after testing positive for coronavirus. The 71-year-old prince tested positive for coronavirus after which he self-isolated himself for seven days. He has now come out of self-isolation and will continue to work from home.

“Prince Charles is in good health and he is following the government’s restrictions as he carries on working from home,” Clarence House royal officials said.

Charles had tested positive for coronavirus a few days ago. The Duchess of Cornwall who was tested did not have the virus. The couple were self-isolating in royal residence Balmoral in Scotland, a spokesman said, adding it was “not possible to ascertain from whom the prince caught the virus”. Charles is not the first member of the royalty to test positive for COVID-19. Prince Albert of Monaco has also tested positive.
