GUWAHATI: In a video that has now gone viral, NY Post journalist Ebony Bowden, is seen making some really unprofessional gestures at an Indian reporter Raghubir Goyal during a White House briefing when US President Donald Trump was addressing the media on coronavirus. Goyal who has been covering the White House for many years was asking Trump a question on India-US relationship.

Goyal had asked, "Mr President the medical team tackling the coronavirus will keep America safe. As far as your trip to India Mr President; where do we go from here as far as US and India relationship is concerned and also Mr President you are very famous in India and Prime Minister Modi is very famous in America. What is the future and Indian-American community is with you Mr President."

Bowden, dressed in green who was sitting behind him is seen asking someone next to her, "Who is this guy?"

She kept laughing and making faces while the question was being asked.

Racism continues to be a visceral problem within Western society.

"Racism is prevalent" within the UK armed forces, an independent ombudsman overseeing complaints has warned, says a recent report.

In another incident, AC Milan and AS Roma, the two Italian football clubs, have criticized Serie A for the launch of its anti-racism drive which features paintings of monkeys.

"Art can be powerful, but we strongly disagree with the use of monkeys as images in the fight against racism and were surprised by the total lack of consultation," AC Milan wrote on its official Twitter handle.

Facebook has apologized after current and former employees went on to social media and detailed several racist incidents against black, Hispanic and female Asian employees at the social networking company.
