'Baahubali' star Prabhas gifts Rs 73.30 Lakh Range Rover to gym trainer Laxman Reddy

Guwahati: As a sign of gratitude towards his guru, 'Baahubali' star Prabhas gifted a Range Rover vehicle to his personal trainer Laxman Reddy, who happens to be a former bodybuilder and recipient of a Mr. World 2010 title.

Reportedly, Prabhas gifted his gym trainer, Laxman Reddy, a Range Rover Velar SUV, said to worth a whopping Rs.73.30 Lakh. As per reports, it is one of the costliest cars gifted to a staff or a friend by an actor/actress.

Jaguar-Land Rover India, last year, started the sale of the locally manufactured Range Rover Velar with prices starting from Rs 72.47 Lakh (ex-showroom) in India. However, the price was subsequently increased to Rs 73.30 Lakh.

In another good deed, the 'Saaho' star also adopted 1650 acres of Khazipally reserve forest recently as part of the 'Green Indian Challenge' program by MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar, reports said.

Prabhas along with state forest minister, A Indrakaran Reddy laid the foundation of the forest which will is to be turned into an urban eco-park. He has also donated a sum of Rs 2 crore to forest officials for the overall development of the forest, as per a statement.

The star also observed the reserve forest from a temporary watchtower. He also planted a few saplings in the reserve regions.

"I have always been a nature lover. I thank MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar and the Telangana government for the opportunity," the actor said.
