
NEW DELHI: The Budget Session of the Indian Parliament began today with President Droupadi Murmu addressing both Houses. After her speech, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Economic Survey for 2024-25, which will provide a detailed analysis of the country’s economic performance.

1. President’s Address Starts the Session: The session began with President Murmu delivering her usual speech to the members of both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
