NEW DELHI: The Union Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) will invite 800 special guests to witness the Republic Day Parade on January 26, 2025, in New Delhi.

This initiative honours individuals and groups across the country who have contributed to the transition of India’s renewable energy through the flagship schemes of the Ministry, which includes the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, PM KUSUM Scheme, and Renewable Energy Workers.

The invitees, who have benefited from these programs, represent the Ministry’s efforts to promote clean energy solutions and empower citizens across the nation.

During their visit, the guests will have the opportunity to meet Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, Secretary Nidhi Khare, and other senior MNRE officials. They will also visit the PM Sangrahalaya and the National War Memorial, enhancing their experience of India’s rich history and progress.
