The second unmanned mission Chandrayaan-2 is set to be launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Monday. With the launch of the spacecraft, ISRO is set to go to places where no country has ever gone before.

The Chandrayaan-2 mission can also be termed as a giant leap in India’s space program with which the nation is getting ready to make a strong place among the world’s spacefaring nations.

The Chandrayaan-2 is set to launch at 2:51 am on Monday. The spacecraft is to be launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Andhra Pradesh’s Sriharikota and is expected to reach the moon on September 6.
