MUMBAI: On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary, several Bollywood celebrities, including Anupam Kher, Sidharth Malhotra, Abhishek Bachchan, and more, took to their social media platforms to pay tribute to the Father of the Nation.

Veteran actor Anupam Kher shared portraits of both Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri on his Instagram page, expressing his admiration for the great leaders. He captioned the post, "Best wishes to all of you on the occasion of Gandhiji and Shastri ji's birth anniversary! Both great leaders have contributed significantly in different aspects of my life. Hail India! #LalBahadurShastri #MahatmaGandhi #LalBahadurShastri."

Actor Mahesh Babu simply wished everyone a "Happy Gandhi Jayanti" in his social media post. Ajay Devgn shared an image of Mahatma Gandhi along with the song "De Di Hame Aazadi Bina Khadag Bina Dhal" by Asha Bhosle playing in the background.

Madhuri Dixit marked the occasion by sharing a quote from Mahatma Gandhi: "Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will." She added her wishes for everyone to have the strength and courage to achieve their dreams.

Abhishek Bachchan posted an image of Mahatma Gandhi with one of his famous quotes: "IN DOING SOMETHING, DO IT WITH LOVE OR NEVER DO IT AT ALL." In the caption, he emphasized that Gandhi's words continue to resonate and offer profound wisdom to this day.
