GUWAHATI: The price of 14.2kg domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders were hiked by Rs 50 per cylinder on Wednesday (July 6).
Besides, the price of a 5kg domestic cylinder will increase by Rs 18 per cylinder.
After the hike, domestic cylinders weighing 14.2 kg will now cost Rs 1,053 in Delhi, Rs 1,052.50 in Mumbai and Rs 1,079 in Kolkata.
14.2 kg LPG cylinder in Guwahati will now cost Rs 1,102 per cylinder from the earlier Rs 1,052.
In Guwahati, the standard LPG cylinder will now cost Rs. 1102 while 5 Kg will cost Rs. 404, 10 Kg Composite to cost 785.50 and 5 Kg Composite to cost Rs. 404.

Meanwhile, the price of a 19kg commercial cylinder has been cut down by Rs 8.5 per cylinder.
In Guwahati, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder now costs Rs 2,212.50.
The price of LPG cylinders is revised monthly for all states and union territories in India. The prices vary from city to city depending on the incidence of local taxes such as VAT.
