India's military strength was seen by the world: PM Modi on Op Sindoor

Ahead of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the success of Operation Sindoor has shown the world India's increasing military power.

He underlined how the operation demonstrates India's strength and strategic capabilities and how it demonstrates the nation's dedication to defending its interests and promoting world peace and stability.

“Under Operation Sindoor, the houses of the masters of terrorists were razed to the ground within 22 minutes. The world has been very attracted to this new form of Made in India military power. These days, whenever I meet people of the world, the world's attraction towards the Made in India weapons being made by India is increasing,” PM Modi said.

PM Modi highlighted India's outstanding accomplishments on the international scene and referred to the Monsoon Session as a proud time for the country. He noted the historic landing of astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla on the International Space Station as a source of pride for the country and a testament to India's growing space capabilities.
The importance of domestic defense manufacturing was also emphasized by PM Modi, who pointed out that the weaponry deployed in Operation Sindoor were made in India and had garnered international notice. He said with pride that India had accomplished all of its goals in the operation, enhancing the country's standing as a rising force in terms of both defense capability and independence.

As the Opposition pressed its demands in an all-party meeting ahead of the monsoon session, the Center signaled on Sunday that it would be open to discussing Operation Sindoor in Parliament and that it might also address US President Donald Trump's assertion that it is mediating a ceasefire between India and Pakistan.
