Police Investigates into Bomb Threat at St. Stephen's College and St. Thomas School in Delhi

Bomb threats were received at a school and a college in the nation's capital on Tuesday morning, according to Delhi Police.

In Delhi, the capital of India, schools and universities have become the focus of a new round of bomb threats. St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and St. Thomas School in Dwarka received an email with a bomb threat on Tuesday morning. The school was evacuated as a precaution, and every pupil was relocated to a secure area. After receiving the threat, the bomb disposal squad and Delhi Police showed there to conduct an investigation.

According to Delhi Police, at 7:15 AM, St. Stephen's College in the Delhi University neighborhood received an email threatening to bomb it. According to the email, there was a bomb in the campus library. A dog squad, BDT (Bomb Detection Team), North District CCPS (Cyber Crime Police Station), and Maurice Nagar Police Station teams were sent out. Investigations are being conducted, and the college was closed off. So yet, no suspicious objects have been discovered. No comparable incidence has been recorded by any other college.
Similar dangers were also present at three Delhi schools on Monday morning. Around eight in the morning, bomb threats were sent via email to the CRPF Schools in Prashant Vihar, Dwarka Sector 16, and another school in Chanakyapuri.
