New Delhi: If experiencing a skywalk was in your bucket list, well, it is time to strike it off because India is all set to open its first skywalk at Pelling, Sikkim.

The skywalk in Pelling is located opposite to the 137 ft tall statue of Chenrezig, surrounded by the breathtaking Himalayas.

The skywalk in Sikkim is India's first glass skywalk. It is built in such a way that a wonderful view of the Chenrezig statue and the stairs that lead up to it is what graces our sight, with golden prayer wheels on each side.

This beauty of a glass skywalk will make you jittery as it allows the visitor to look down several thousand feet in the air. It gives you a moment to behold.

People with vertigo might want to avoid the skywalk but they are definitely going to miss the view.

From the skywalk, tourists will get a clear sight of Teesta and Rangit rivers flowing closeby.

Other attractions to visit at Pelling are the Kanchenjunga Fall, Rabdentse Ruins, Tashiding Monastery and many more.
