Deputy Commissioner of Police (Metro) Vikram Porwal said, "Today, six boys were found shouting slogans ‘Desh ke gaddaron ko goli maaro saalon ko’ at Rajiv Chowk metro station. We have detained them at Rajiv Chowk Metro Police Station and interrogation is being carried out”.

An advertising agency copywriter Vaibhav Saxena shot a video this morning at 10:35 am near the CCD outlet in the station where a group of saffron attired men started shouting slogans inside the metro station when a train was about to halt.

Later, another video surfaced showing a group of men walking around with the national flag and shouting the same slogan in the Connaught Place, where the Rajiv Chowk metro station is located.

After they got off from a train, they continued with the sloganeering. Some commuters also joined them in their sloganeering. Some were quick to get their cameras out to make videos.
