"Too Many Restrictions At Home": Radhika Yadav's WhatsApp Messages To Coach

The 25-year-old tennis star Radhika, who was shot dead by her father Deepak Yadav on Thursday, intended to "live an independent life for a while" by traveling away from home in October, November, and December, according to WhatsApp messages she exchanged with one of her instructors, Ajay Yadav.

One of the texts shows Radhika informing Ajay that she might not be able to adapt to the native cuisine in China, thus she does not want to think about going there. The problem will be China toh dekho khana peena. Theek hai, Dubai, Australia. Family in Australia, huh? You see, food will be a problem in China. Dubai mein aap ho. Australia, Dubai, etc., is OK. "I have you in Dubai and my family in Australia," she remarked.

As Ajay responded in the form of a voice message, Radhika said: "1-2 months. Oct nov dec kuch bhi merko nikalna hai idhar se thode time ke liye (Anything will do, I want to get out of here for some time)." 

Radhika responded to Ajay's subsequent voice message with a laughing emoji. "Gharwale toh  theek hai. Independently, lekin thode time rehna hai. Do you want to enjoy life without any restrictions? However, I want to live a life of my own for a while. There are many limits here, but I want to enjoy myself. "Relax," she added, "since the goal is to complete a lot of courses.

In a different series of conversations, Radhika informed Ajay that she had spoken to her father, but he didn't agree. “but phir maine papa se baat ki toh mana kar rahe the”. My father has listened to all I have said, but he has refused. “Ki koi point nahi hai kitne hee bacchenge paise” She responded, "He's saying there's no point and not much money will be saved." It was not possible to determine the image's context right away.

"Voh toh samajh rahi hoon (I understand that)" was Radhika's response as Ajay once more produced a voice note. Then Ajay sent back another voice message.
At the family's two-story home in the Sushant Lok neighborhood of Sector 57, Gurugram, Radhika's father Deepak is accused of shooting her dead at close range on Thursday. After Deepak was brought before a city court on Saturday, he was placed under judicial custody.
