6 Members of Family Inclusive of Two Children Found Dead in Ambala

Ambala: The Haryana Police today informed that each of the members of a family has been discovered dead in a village located in Ambala's Balana in a terrifying incident. According to officials, the family was enigmatically found to be dead in the morning, a few hours after they had dinner together.

The departed members have been recognized as Sukhwinder Singh, and Sangat Ram as well as both their wives Reena and Mahindra Kaur respectively along with two children who were identified as Jassi and Ashu, the daughters of Sukhwinder Singh.

The Ambala Deputy Superintended of Police (DSP) Joginder Sharma stated that a crime team has arrived at the scene. The DSP further informed that a suicidal letter has been found based on which further investigation has been set in motion.

Earlier on 17 August this year, a similar dreadful case was registered which unveils the death of six members of a family at their home in Jammu's Sidhra area. The bodies of the deceased have been moved to Jammu Government Medical College and Hospital. The detailed report of the further inspection has now been awaited.

Prior to this in June 2022, at least 9 members of a family were discovered dead at their own residence in the Sangli district of Maharashtra, situated over 350 kilometers From Mumbai. The state police said that the officials had been suspecting it to be a suicidal case. The Sangli Superintendent of Police Dikshit Gedam stated that the bodies of three deceased were found at one place while the other six remainings were figured out at different places of the house.

The Sangli police had arrived at the spot and sent the bodies for post-mortem in order to examine the case for further information.
