Arnab Goswami & his wife attacked allegedly by Congress party workers, FIR filed

MUMBAI: Republic TV's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami & his wife and Republic TV Editor Samyabrata Ray Goswami were allegedly attacked by Congress party workers, claim reports.

The attack took place 500 metres from their house. The attackers were caught by Arnab's security. An FIR has been lodged against them.

Arnab had slammed Congress leader Sonia Gandhi during a discussion related to Palghar lynching incident where two ‘sadhus’ or monks and their driver, proceeding from Nashik to Surat, were cornered and lynched by a 200-strong mob outside Gadchinchle village in Palghar district on April 16 in the presence of police personnel amid rumours that they were robbers or child kidnappers.
