Indian Journalist and news Anchor Deepak Chaurasia gets brutally trolled for his viral video showing slurred speech where he spoke on the death of CDS Gen Bipin Rawat who died in the military chopper crash in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.

Chaurasia is accused of his live coverage in a drunken state and addressing late CDS General Bipin Rawat as a journalist in his stammering speech.

Many television channels have covered the live development of the Thursday evening which showed the mortal remains of all those who lost their lives in a helicopter crash being brought to Palam Airport of Delhi.

A video was circulated on social media platforms which shows that Chaurasia had gone live in his channel 'News Nation' to broadcast a primetime show focusing mainly on the tragic death of India's first CDS Gen Bipin Rawat. He was seen in a drunken state while his programme was on-air.

Chaurasia was seen struggling with his words while speaking live and the anchor has even addressed late CDS, Gen Bipin Rawat, wrongly by regarding him as a journalist. It was clearly visible that during the whole broadcast Deepak was not at all comfortable with his speech and behaviour.

After the video went viral, Netizens reacted strongly on the matter expressing their anger and disappointment on such behaviour by a television anchor. Numerous questions have been raised on Twitter asking about Deepak's health and what exactly let him leave the show in the middle. People wanted to know why the news anchor turned from unwell to intoxicate.

The anchor made many errors in his speech as he also addressed Bipin Rawat as VP Singh who is the late Congress veteran. Chaurasia stated that 'we lost a journalist' and then he was removed from the show after which there was a 30-second silence.

Deepak Chaurasia who is the face of the primetime show on a television channel News Nation is known for championing the cause of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in his TV studio.
