Delhi Court dismisses Christian Michel's plea

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Tuesday dismissed an application seeking permission to allow a foreign legal advisor to interview the alleged middleman and accused in the Rs 3,600 crore AgustaWestland chopper deal case, Christian Michel, in jail.

Michel is undergoing judicial custody for his alleged involvement in the AgustaWestland defense deal case. He was extradited from the UAE in December 2018.

In the application, Michel had sought permission to allow consultation with Italian lawyer Rosemary Patrizzi. (IANS)
