Indore Airport Staff Recovers Human Skull In Religious Leader's Baggage In Madhya Pradesh

The religious leader claimed that the skull belonged to her late Guru and she was on her way to immerse his mortal remains in the Ganga.

Indore: In a bizarre incident, a human skull was found in the baggage of a religious leader at Indore airport in Madhya Pradesh.

Sadhvi Yogmata, the religious leader in question, was stopped from boarding the flight after the human skull was recovered from her bag on September 7.

The aerodrome police station in-charge, Rahul Sharma, said that on September 6, the woman was to board a Delhi-bound flight. She is a resident of the Ujjain district of Madhya Pradesh.

Further, the leader was asked to open her bag during luggage scanning by security personnel. The security personnel were astonished to find a human skull in the woman's bag who claimed that the skull belonged to her Guru. 

Sharma said, "Police questioned the Sadhvi. She said it was of her late Guru and she was on her way to Haridwar to immerse it along with other remains in the Ganga."

Sharma also added that the religious lady had not taken any permission to carry a human skull or any mortal remains to the flight. As a result, she was not give permission to board. However, the police let her go after recording her statement.

In other news, a chilling report was registered in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday.

A person had reportedly thrashed his girlfriend to death and applied chilli power on her private part. The accused man is identified as Pappu Gadhewal who fled from the spot after the incident but was later arrested by police.
