Lucknow: Salman Khan's Lookalike Causes Traffic Snarl On Road, Gets Arrested

Lucknow: A lookalike of Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been apprehended in Lucknow after he shot a video in a public place and he has been identified as Azam Ansari. The Lucknow police took him into custody on the night of May 8.

As per reports, the man hailing from Lucknow was penalized, arrested and then sent to jail on the night of May 8 by the Thakurganj police for smoking in a public place.

Azam Ansari used to mimic actor Salman Khan and he shot videos of himself for social media.

The incident unraveled when he was making an Instagram short reel on May 9 at the historic clock tower and a huge crowd subsequently gathered at the spot to have a glimpse of the famous social media sensation. However, it led to a massive traffic jam.

Thereafter, the police immediately rushed to the site and took him into custody after several complaints by commuters.

Meanwhile, Azam Ansari frequently makes videos against the backdrop of the historic roads and monuments in Lucknow. He is quite popular on social media and has 1.67 lakh subscribers on YouTube. His videos often include him making poses similar to Salman Khan, including the megastar's iconic walk.
