Paresh Rawal urges his fans to call Army & Police as "heroes"

Days after 20 Indian Army bravehearts were killed in a violent confrontation with the Chinese in Ladakh, Veteran Bollywood actor, Paresh Rawal, has urged his fans to celebrate the police and army as "heroes."

Rawal, in a tweet, said, "We Should Start Calling Actors As 'Entertainers' And Our Army & Police As 'Heroes' for Our Next Generation To Know The Actual Meaning Of Real Heroes !!!"

Rawal's tweet has come in the aftermath of the violent face-off between the Indian army and Chinese troops. Notably, the actor has also been socially active regarding the current political situation. He recently also made the headlines for asking e-commerce companies to clarify whether they are selling Chinese-made goods.
