PM Modi Completes 2 Decades In Office, Issues E-Property Cards To Villagers Under PM-SVAMITVA Scheme

New Delhi: India's Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will complete 20 years of glorious public service on October 7, 2021.

He was appointed as the Chief Minister of Gujarat on October 7, 2021, and went on to serve the state for 13 years. He later took charge as the Prime Minister of India on May 26, 2014. 

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma wished the Prime Minister on this special occasion on his official Twitter handle. He wrote, "Adarniya PM Sri @narendramodi's 20 glorious years in public service is a reflection of people's faith in a leader with a vision & mission - to build a New India. His remarkable leadership has ensured all-round growth besides a robust presence in the global arena."

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma further announced that lakhs of people in the villages have been issued e-property cards under PM-SVAMITVA scheme so that they can use land in a more effective manner. 

This information was also shared by the Chief Minister on Twitter. The tweet read, "Completing 2 decades in office, Adarniya PM Shri @narendramodi ji's focus on pro-poor schemes remain steadfast. Under PM-SVAMITVA scheme, e-property cards have been issued to lakhs of people in villages, facilitated by using technology,helping them use the land more effectively."
