Rate of non-subsidised LPG cylinder increases from November 1

GUWAHATI: The fuel retailers have raised the price of non-subsidised cooking gas by Rs. Rs 76.50 from November 1. According to Indian Oil Corporation, which supplies LPG under brand Indane, in Delhi and Mumbai, the hike was to the rate of Rs. 76.5 per cylinder. Post the hike in price, the rate shifted to Rs 681.5 of 14.2 kg cylinder, without subsidy in Delhi.

In Mumbai, the hike has raised the price of non-subsidised LPG to Rs. 651.

In Kolkata, the rates of non-subsidised LPG have been increased by Rs. 76 per cylinder to Rs. 706 per cylinder.

While in Chennai, the rates of non-subsidised LPG have been increased by Rs. 76 per cylinder to Rs. 696 per cylinder.

It may be mentioned that, in October, the prices of 14.2 kg cylinder stood at Rs. 605 per cylinder.

In Kolkata, the price of non-subsidized domestic cylinders has gone up to Rs 706.

The price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder has been increased by Rs 119.

The price of a 19kg gas cylinder in Delhi has gone up to Rs 1204. It was priced at Rs 1085 last month.

According to Indian Oil, the prices of 19-kilogram cylinders have been revised to Rs. 1,204.00 per unit in Delhi and Rs. 1,151.50 in Mumbai from November 1. The prices of LPG have been increased by a cumulative Rs. 107 per cylinder in Delhi and Rs. 105 per cylinder in Mumbai since August - an increase of 18.62 percent and 19.12 percent respectively.
