Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has finally been released from Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai after he was granted bail by the Bombay High Court and has finally arrived at his home, 'Mannat'.

Hundreds of fans have gathered outside 'Mannat' in celebration to welcome Aryan Khan home after spending 28 days in police custody. Notably, Juhi Chawla, who is a Bollywood actress and a long time friend of Shah Rukh Khan, stood as a surety for Aryan Khan before the special court.

Aryan Khan, along with two others, were granted bail by the Bombay High Court on October 28. However, the star kid had to spend another night in jail as the bail papers did not reach Arthur Jail Road by 5:30 pm on Friday.

Aryan Khan has also been asked to surrender his passport to the court and has been prohibited from leaving the country without prior permission of the NDPS court.

Mannat has also been decorated beautifully to welcome the arrival of Aryan Khan who has spent 28 days in police custody since his arrest in the drug case.

The Bombay High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan after imposing 14 conditions on the star kid which are as under:

  • Personal bond of Rs 1 lakh
  • No foreign travel without prior permission from NDPS court
  • Passport to be surrendered
  • Can't leave Mumbai without informing investigating officer
  • No communication with co-accused in the case
  • No statement to media on case proceedings
  • Must attend court on all dates
  • NCB office every Friday to mark his presence
  • Join investigation whenever asked
  • Trial should not be delayed
  • Shall not indulge in similar offence
  • Must not tamper with evidence
  • No action which is prejudicial
  • Bail cancellation if conditions violated
