Bhopal: As many may call it a love triangle, a bizarre case came into the limelight in Bhopal city of Madhya Pradesh. A woman agreed to leave her husband in exchange for a whopping amount of Rs 1.5 crore. However, the case does not end there. The husband of the woman was having an extramarital affair with a colleague of his from the office.

The case does not look any less than a movie plot. The matter was brought into attention by the daughter of the couple, who is a minor, claimed that her father was having an affair with a colleague. The matter was brought to the attention of a family court in Bhopal. After the minor alleged such allegation on her father, a lot of heated arguments started happening at home, which in return was disturbing the studies of the minor and her sister.

As per the complaint by the minor, the couple was first summoned for counselling. Later, it was found out that the husband was actually having an affair with a woman from his office, who is much older to him. The husband wanted to live with the woman from his office, however, his wife refused to get a divorce.

Only after multiple counselling session, the wife agreed to leave her husband. However, she had a sole condition for the separation with her husband. She said that the woman her husband was having an affair with should hand over her apartment and Rs 27 lakh in cash to her, which totals up to Rs 1.5 crore

The counsellor of the couple said that the wife believed that there was no point of living with her husband, who she did not love even after so many years of marriage. She decided to part ways with a condition which will help her to look after her daughters.
