10-day NCC camp organized by 10 Assam Battalion NCC concludes successfully in Dibrugarh

Dibrugarh: A 10-day NCC camp, organized by 10 Assam Battalion NCC under the aegis of NCC Group Head Quarter, Dibrugarh concluded successfully recently. Camp Commandant Col. Joydeep Goswami, while addressing the 600 NCC cadets of both Junior and Senior Division who actively attended the camp held at Jawahar Navoday School, Doomardallang, expressed satisfaction over the successful completion of the camp.

Group commander NCC Group Head Quarters, Brig S.K. Lamba visited the camp and witnessed the training being imparted to the cadets. During the camp period, the cadets carried out extensive training on various subjects like drill, map reading and field crafts. The camp also saw an active participation of the cadets in the selection trials for Pre-Thal Sainik Camp and Pre- Republic Day Camp.

A 10-day Yoga Capsule was also organized where all cadets took part. The camp concluded with a cultural programme in which cadets showcased their hidden talents.
