10-day workshop on tailoring training course

TANGLA, August 7: With an aim to help the rural women folks to solve the monetary crisis and thereby make them self-independent, a 10-day workshop on tailoring training course has been organized under the aegis of Srishti NGO in collaboration with the Social Welfare Department, Government of Assam, from August 4. A total of 40 women have taken part in the workshop. The programme was iugurated by village headman Dimbeswar Boro. Krish Baruah is the instructor who will train the women.
