10,223 students to appear for HSLC exam in Udalguri

TANGLA, Feb 15:  A total of 10,223 HSLC candidates from 17 centres in Udalguri district are going to appear in the HSLC examition to be held from Friday. This was informed by the sources of the Inspector of Schools of Udalguri district. According to the sources, all the centres in the district have been equipped with necessary safety measures like CC cameras, police protection and fire tenders. In Udalguri town, a total of 875 HSLC candidates are appearing at the Udalguri Girls’ HSS centre  from a total of 15 feeder schools while a total of 620 candidates are appearing at the Udalguri HSS centre from 6 feeder schools. Harisinga HS School has the highest number of candidates with 1,023 out of which 519 are female candidates.  In the same way, a total of 804 candidates of the HSLC examition are appearing from Orang HS School centre out of which 350 candidates will appear from KBR Junior College centre.
