10th anniversary celebrated

Guwahati, Feb 18: GNRC observed the 10th anniversary of its second facility established to care for the community, at the Six mile campus on Sunday. To commemorate the occasion, Dr. Nomal Chandra Borah, Chairman-cum-Maging Director of GNRC, highlighted the steps taken by the team to address the multi-dimensiol challenge of providing quality healthcare – combining humane intent, equitable practices and building trust. He also welcomed and felicitated guests of honour- eminent senior jourlist, renowned Assamese female writer and executive body member of Assam Publication Board, Anuradha Sarma Puzari, and veteran jourlist, litterateur, former President of Axom Sahitya Sabha  Kak Sen Deka.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Nomal Chandra Borah, said, “I would like to express our gratitude to our employees and media for their significant contribution in helping GNRC progress towards its mission. Socio economic development of a society is dependent on health of the community. We at GNRC commemorate our Foundation Day with our resolution to rest and celebrate only when we have progressed substantially to fulfil our motto: ‘Health for All, Smiles for All’.” This was stated in a press release.
