12 books released in Morigaon

MORIGAON, September 5: In a well-attended function, altogether 12 books were released on Sunday at Morigaon Press Club.

Under the banner of SHRISTI publication whose proprietor is Ajit Kr. Rai, the 12 books were released. The book released programme was conducted by Dr Nilutpal Kakati. Releasing the book written by bakanta Bordoloi, noted writer Dr Jagadish Patgiri, Principal of Cotton College and former secretary of Axam Xahitya Xabha, said that this book would carry extra knowledge to the readers if they came forward to buy it.

In the programme, Ajit Kr. Rai and Rajumoni Saikia’s  poetry colletion Karon Nuhuwakoi Ekuwai Nohai ---Nohai Aparihargya Kunu Karu was released by rendrath Keote, former Principal of Morigaon College. Besides, Rajumoni Saikia’s Zar Bhori Sui Gusi Zai Abelir Road of Hiren Bhattacharya’s poem was released by Rafikul Hussain, noted dramatist.

Sahitya Aru Jiban written by Chandra Lekha Gohai Lahon, Rodepura Juk by Prativa Deuraja, Prathamik Sabdakush by Mahot Ch Das, Upadesh Mala by Bhagirath Raja, Khitadhin by Rama Hazarika, Road by Nirud Bora, Saraighate Ringiai by Debojit Bordoloi, Aghari Atma by Anendeshwar Barua, and Enekoiye Tumar Premat Paru written by Alakanda Kakati were also released in the programme.
