2 criminal cases disposed off by Lok Adalat in Itanagar

Itanagar: The Lok Adalat held as per the schedule of National Legal Service Authority, New Delhi had disposed off two criminal compoundable cases out of thirteen cases brought in the court on December 8 last at Aalo in West Siang district.

The members of the Legal Service Authority consisting of advocates Minrik Noshi, Todak Ado and Gorik Kamduk could not take up the remaining 11 cases due to absence of victims, complainants and unwillingness to settle the cases in Lok Adalat for which the cases have been referred to regular court for settlement as per law, an official release informed here on Monday.
