14 students from  State clear IIT-JEE

Itagar, June 19: In all 14 students who underwent an 11-month long free coaching under Oil India Limited (OIL) India Super 30, a Centre for Social Responsibility and Leadership (CSRL) project launched by OIL, have registered success in the IIT-JEE (Advanced) 2017. Project mager Mril Kumar Gogoi said that under India Super 30, which is one of the most impactful CSR education projects of OIL, witnessed 14 out of 18 students in the batch qualify the IIT-Advance entrance examition in the country. The Super 30 project is wholly supported by OIL, India’s second largest tiol exploration and production company. The project is implemented by CSRLm New Delhi, across 6 centers of Guwahati, Jorhat, goan and Dibrugarh in Assam, Jodhpur in Rajasthan and Itagar in Aruchal Pradesh. Written test is the 1st step while viva is the 2nd, after qualifying both, the particular student can avail free 11 months residential coaching under the sponsorship of OIL, under the academic guidance of Abhyand who is a retired DGP of Bihar and Founder of Super 30. Project Officer Tasso D Bida is taking responsibility of the selection process in Aruchal Pradesh. He conducts the written test on September every year at various schools of the state.
