15-year-old drowns

SHILLONG, Nov 22: A 15-year-old youth form Mawkhm Nongpyndeng village, identified as Thomas Sohphoh lost his life after drowning at Phanliang River located at Dewlynnong Nongkhnum West Khasi Hills.The incident happed at around 11 am when the victim along with five others went to the river to take bath.
