15,116 candidates to appear in HSLC exam in Sivasagar

JOYSAGAR, Feb 16: All preparations are complete to hold the HSLC examition smoothly in Sivasagar district by the district education department and the district administration jointly. There will be 40 examition centres in the district and the district has been divided into six zones for smooth functioning of the exam. A total 15,116 candidates will appear in the HSLC exam in Sivasagar district this year. Among them, 7,363 candidates are male when 7,753 candidates are female. Newly-established district Charaidew is regarded as an independent zone and therefore, a special zol centre has also been established in PKB Memorial HS School in Sori town of Charaidew district.
