15th biennial conference of Morigaon Zila Sahitya Sabha

MORIGAON, March 14: The 15th biennial conference of Morigaon Zila Sahitya Sabha (MZSS) concluded recently at Gurucharan Medhi Bhavan. Attending as the chief guest, the newly-elected president of Axam Xahitya Xabha, Dr. Paramanda Rajbongshi said that for the existence and development of the mother language, all should work together. He added that each literary branch should include headmasters and Principals of government and private institutions as executive members.  He added that each literary branch should inform the students about the various problems of the Assamese society and should inspire them to perform two songs – the  tiol anthem and Siro Senehi Mur Bhakha Janni as per directives of the Xahitya Xabha.
