16th foundation day of JNH observed

Haflong, April 6: The 16th foundation day of Jadikhe isho Hosom (Dimasa Apex body) organized by the central committee was observed at Haflong in a befitting manner on Friday. The day’s programme was started with hoisting of JNH flag by the president Kailen Daolagupu in presence of several JNH members and well wishers in the premises of Town Raji Hall at Haflong followed by the opening song.

On this occasion, president of JNH laid the foundation of permanent office building near fishery lake in Haflong. A well attended meeting was also held with Kailen Daolagupu in the chair wherein representatives form all the organisations attended. All the speakers while appreciating the efforts of JNH hoped that JNH would maintain the tradition of doing good for all in future also. Talking to media, JNH President Daolagupu said  that JNH has been striving for maintaining peace and brotherhood among all the communities living in Dima Hasao to make this district a peaceful district of the State.
