175 Bn, CRPF emerge champs

GUWAHATI, Oct 13: 175 Bn, CRPF emerged champion of the knock out soccer tourment organized by Rani Anchalik Krida Sangha, Rani at Rani High School Ground. They defeated Rani Coaching Centre 3-1 in tiebreaker in the title clash on Sunday.
Vijay Chakraborty, Member of Parliament, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and formally iugurated the fil. L. Lhoujem, Second-in-command, CRPF, Range Guwahati also showed his presence. Apart from him, Shivam Kumar, Dy. Comdt, Shivam Ranja, Dy. Comdt., Hari Shankar Maurya, Dy. Comdt. and other officers as well as large number of local people also witnessed the match.
