1st Indo-Bhutan friendship children’s freelance workshop held

TANGLA, Dec 24: In a bid to bring in mutual trust and better understanding between India and Bhutan, a day-long 1st Indo-Bhutan Friendship Children’s Freelance Painting Workshop was held at Jomot Sangha in Samdrup Jongkhar district in Eastern province of the Bhutan on Saturday.

 The workshop, iugurated by jourlist Ram Upadhaya, was organized by Arunodoi Kala Academy, Tangla of Udalguri in coordition with the Royal Government of Bhutan. The participants of the workshop, numbering nearly 40, from both the tions were guided by instructor Himangshu Bora.  Town Mayor of Jomot Sangha, Tashi Wangdi also had an interaction with the guardians and participants in relation to cultural exchange and traditiol value and friendship between the people of the two friendly tions.
