2 hurt in road mishaps

Shillong, Aug 23: Two persons sustained injuries in two separate road mishaps on Wednesday. One thaniel Rapsang from Mawlai Nongpdeng area was injured when the scooty he was riding hit the wall of Presbyterian Church in Jaiaw Pdeng area around 12.35 am. He has been admitted to the Dr H Gordon Robert Hospital for treatment. In another incident, Babylon Ch Marak was injured when the autorickshaw he was driving collided head on with a Meghalaya Transport Corporation bus at Gambegre, 17 km away from Tura in West Garo Hills district around 8.15 am on Wednesday. He has been admitted to Tura Civil Hospital.
