2 killed is a bus-bike collision

Tura, May 22: Two people were killed and another seriously injured after a bus collided with a motorcycle at Durgapara near Mahendraganj in South West Garo Hills (SWGH) yesterday at about 4:30 pm. Three persons on a bike were proceeding towards Mahendraganj when they had a head on collision with a bus (ML 08 A 1987). Rakkan A Sangma (27) and Tengrik K Sangma (19), both from Chapahati village died on spot, while Diluet R Marak of Kendrako were suffered severe injuries and is undergoing treatment at Tura Civil Hospital.  Police said that the driver and conductor of the bus are on the run.
