2 poachers bbed

DIGBOI, Nov 4: Following the information provided by the locals residing in and around Saraipung Reserve Forest under Digboi Division in Tinsukia district, the members of Eco-Development Committee held two wildlife smugglers on Friday morning from Saripung area. The two arrested miscreants were identified as Thakngam (65), son of Thuseng of village Nokjen and Mihlen (66), both belonging to Mon district of galand. According to sources, the two smugglers were selling various dried organs and body parts of different wild animals when the arrest was made.
