210th anniversary of SBI observed

TINSUKIA, June 30: The 210th anniversary of State Bank of India (SBI) was observed here recently with a town hall meeting held at the conference hall of tiol Chamber of Commerce Tinsukia. Organized jointly by four branches of Tinsukia SBI - Tinsukia Main, Tinsukia Bazar, Hijuguri and - Pukahri, it was attended by more than 300 guests and customers. Presided over by Surendra Agarwal, president NCC Tinsukia, Sriram Singh, regiol mager of SBI Tinsukia, highlighted the initiatives taken by the bank to improve customer convenience and experience. He dwelt at length on ‘My Customer First’, the vision of SBI. Ujjal Sarma, general mager, SBI Main, urged upon the guests and customers to avail banking facilities available to customers through internet and mobile.
