22 dengue cases detected

TANGLA, Jan 16: A total of 22 cases of dengue were detected in Udalguri district till December in 2017. This was informed by District Immunization Officer, Dr. Ganesh Brahma. He, however, maintained that all these cases were not local since the patients were infected by the deadly disease in their respective work places in Guwahati. Dr. Brahma also appealed to the people of Udalguri district to report if such cases were found elsewhere in the district. He also informed that there were no death cases related to dengue till date.
