23rd Intertiol Guwahati Trade Fair to be held

GUWAHATI, Jan 27: Industries and Trade Fair Associations of Assam (ITFAA) in association with tiol Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) is organising the 23rd Intertiol Guwahati Trade Fair (IGTF) 2016 from January 29 to February 14 at Maniram Dewan Trade Centre. For the first time people in Guwahati will get opportunity to witness two little boys both below 10 years demonstrating Sumo wrestling at 23rd Intertiol Guwahati Trade Fair 2016.

Siddeque Ahmed, Minister of Industries and Commerce, Government of Assam will iugurate the fair on January 29 along with Ampareen Lyngdoh, Minister of Urban Affairs, Meghalaya. The function will also be graced by Chief General Mager ( North Eastern Circle) of State Bank of India PVSLN Murty and J.K.Mahanta, Chief General Mager of NSIC.

People will be able to enjoy late night shopping and entertainment at Night Bazar which will be held in a separate enclosure at Trade Fair venue. Night Bazar which will operate between 7pm and 10pm will have separate stalls for food, entertainment and attractive products. The tiol Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC) pavilions with more than 130 stalls will be a great attraction this time.

Rajesh Das, Vice-President of Industries and Trade Fair Association Of Assam said, “With exquisite products from Thailand, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietm and other South East Asian countries, 23rd IGTF will be the perfect meeting ground for shoppers from across the North Eastern region. The specially designed intertiol food court will be another attraction in the fair,” he said.
