The All Apex Bodies Co-ordition Committee (AABCC) later submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister rendra Modi through the Deputy Commissioner of Dima Hasao which was accepted by the Additiol Deputy Commissioner on behalf of Deputy Commissioner of Dima Hasao in presence of all the office bearers of All Apex Bodies Co-ordition Committee (AABCC). The memorandum signed by Kailen Daolagupu, President and Sounmang Changsang, General Secretary expressed their distress and insecurity at the proposed hidden framework Agreement between Government of India and the NSCN(M).

The AABCC said that the government should immediately act by rectifying the anomalies and bring the Greater galand Framework Agreement to public domain.
