27th foundation day-cum-annual conference of ADSU from today

Haflong, Jan 7: The 27th foundation day-cum-annual conference of All Dimasa Students’ Union with a day-long programme will be held at the District Library Hall, Raja Govinda Chandra Hasnu Road, Silchar from Monday.

The day’s programme will start with hoisting of flag followed by paying of homage to martyrs and also traditiol show cast. In the second session, open meeting will be held which will be graced by prominent persolities and social activists from various parts of the State. In the evening a spectacular cultural programme will also be held.

Talking to the correspondent, Uttam Langthasa, president, ADSU Dima Hasao, said more than thousands of delegates from across the State and also from outside the State were expected to take part in the conference. The main aim of the conference is to chalk out the future course of action and also to exchange views and ideas among the members of the ADSU. Langthasa hoped that the conference would be a grand success.
