299 rank holders feted in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA, June 15: Altogether 299 first division holders, including rank holders and toppers, were felicitated by the Tinsukia anchalik committee of AASU at a programme held at the district library auditorium on Wednesday.

Presided over by Girish Handique, vice-president of Zilla Xahitya Xabha, the programme was graced by Samujjal Bhattacharjyya, chief adviser AASU, Pulak Chetia, State Vice-President AASU, Taranga Malla Baruah, Principal Bordubi Jr College, former presidents of Tinsukia District Jourlist Association Himen Bhattacharyya and Amulya Khatonier, former secretary of TDJA, Kamal Talukdar, besides others. Samar Jyoti Gohain welcomed the guests, students and other dignitaries.
