SHILLONG, June 23: The BSF troops deployed at Barsora in South West Khasi Hills district bbed three drug smugglers on Wednesday. They have been identified Mahindra Sangma (37) Patus Sangma (30) and Loveling Sangma (29) of Mawphyllun under Gumaghat police station in South West Khasi Hills. arty also seized one motor cycle Bajaj Discover. They revealed before BSF of taking over the consignment from one Lein of Akhongre,Tura. In another incident, the BSF troops deployed at Jankhol in South Garo Hills Distt recovered a bag containing 125 bottles of phensedyle. The smugglers were trying to throw the consignment over the fence and pre-intimated Bangladeshi smugglers had to collect the same consignment but BSF troops foiled their attempt.
