31 arrested for witch-hunting

TINSUKIA, Aug 16: As many as 31 people, including women, have been arrested by Doomdooma Police in Tinsukia district in connection with witch hunting at Raidang Tea Estate. Of the accused, 17 were women. Police have registered case number 239/17 under section 143/109/120(B)/302 IPC and the accused have been forwarded to judicial custody.
