zira, February 6: All together thirty three candidates are contesting in the ten wards of zira municipality. The Congress and the BJP are contesting in all the 10 seats. The anti–incumbancy factor and the Modi wave may hit the Congress party at zira but dissidence in BJP can be of help to the Congress in zira.
